This year has been officially declared as the year of the child. It is natural to think about children, families and family values at all times, not only during special campaigns.
This informational program of the Fund "Narodnaya initsiativa" ("National initiative") sets the task to promote family culture revival and family values in Russia; to give emotional support to women who want to have a second or the third child; and to draw the attention of the state and society as a whole to family and motherhood issues.
"IFD Kapital" and "LUKOIL-GARANT" take part in this program of the Fund. They have developed advertising billboards based on real children's drawings and sayings which are funny, touching and very sharp sometimes. In this way we reveal family values through children's points of view.
The program of cooperation has been carried out from January till December, 2007. It covers such cities as Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Rostov-on-Don, Volgograd and Astrakhan.
